Stephen F. Austin State University Travel is pleased to partner with CORPORATE TRAVEL PLANNERS, INC (CTP), as its travel management company and Concur to help you better manage your travel needs more efficiently and effectively. Having many years of extensive higher education experience, CTP is very familiar with a comprehensive institution and is committed to exceeding our expectations. The Software as a Service solution will allow you to record and track your travel process from pre-approval to book and reimbursement.

Travel Policy

CTP recognizes and appreciates the efforts of those traveling on its business. Travelers should understand the University’s travel process, be comfortable while traveling and receive timely reimbursement. At the same time, travel costs must be incurred in accordance with the policy under which the University operates.

Before You Depart

University travel requires considerable planning to ensure the best experience during your trip and after when reconciling expenses. Be sure to check with your division/department to determine the requirements necessary to initiate your travel arrangements (e.g. specific approval requirements, The University procurement options, etc.)
